Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, all sales are final. Once an order has been delivered, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, we value customer satisfaction. If there are any concerns regarding the condition of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Requests for compensation or discount adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
